As the visa application service provider authorized by the French, Dutch, and Israeli consular missions, TLScontact Visa Application Centres are always committed to providing you with professional and standardized visa application services.The peak season for visa applications has arrived, and recently many applicants have reflected the problem of “difficulty in making an appointment”. The Visa Center would like to explain the recent misunderstandings about appointment and expediting as follows:

TLScontact受理范围内的所有签证申请均需通过TLScontact官方网站预约。

All visa applications within TLScontact's scope of service must be scheduled exclusively through the official TLScontact website.。

预约系统公平开放，申根签证申请不存在任何形式的"内部预留号"或"加急通道"。

The appointment system is fair and open to all. There are no "reserved internal slots" or "expedited channels" of any kind for Schengen visa applications.

申根签证申请的贵宾服务和“随心签”可以给您提供舒适的等候环境或者异地录指纹的便利等，然而无法影响签证审批流程。您也无法通过选择增值服务提前您的预约时间。

The Premium Lounge Service and "Apply Anywhere" Service for Schengen Visa Application provide conveniences such as a comfortable waiting environment. But they do not affect the visa approval process and cannot be used to secure an earlier appointment time.
